Aurora Hills Ranch — Electrical & Bathroom Overhaul
A 1978 ranch-style home in Aurora Hills was purchased by a military family relocating from out of state. The home had original aluminum wiring throughout, an outdated 100-amp panel, and a single bathroom with 40-year-old fixtures. We replaced the panel, addressed all aluminum wiring connections with proper AL/CU-rated devices, and fully renovated the bathroom — new tile, floating vanity, walk-in shower, and exhaust fan. The family moved in on schedule and the home passed its VA inspection without issue.

Do you work in Aurora's newer HOA communities?
Yes. We're familiar with the standards required by Aurora's HOA-managed communities including Saddle Rock, Tallyn's Reach, and Murphy Creek. We coordinate with HOA management where required for exterior or structural changes and ensure all work meets community guidelines.
How do you handle aluminum wiring in older Aurora homes?
Aluminum wiring itself is not automatically dangerous, but improper connections are. We inspect all aluminum wiring and install CO/ALR-rated devices and anti-oxidant compound at all terminations, in accordance with current Colorado electrical code. We don't recommend full rewiring unless the aluminum wiring is damaged or the scope of work requires it.

We can structure projects in phases to match your budget timeline. For example, completing electrical and plumbing in phase one, then cosmetic finishes in phase two. We provide written scopes for each phase so you know exactly what's coming.
