Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hank & Co. website and the home repair and renovation services we provide. Please read them carefully before using our site or booking a service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing hankscustomhomes.com or submitting an estimate request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Hank's Custom Homes provides residential home repair and renovation services including licensed electrical work, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom renovation, drywall, and general remodelling across Denver and Colorado's Front Range. All services are subject to a written quote and agreement before work commences.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are free and non-binding. A formal, written quote will be provided before any work begins. Final pricing is subject to the written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the quote is issued.
4. Licensing & Insurance
All electrical work is performed by state-licensed electricians and permitted where required by Colorado regulations. Hank's Custom Homes carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque. A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your agreement.
6. Warranties
All labour performed by Hank's Custom Homes is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship. Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by third parties after our work is completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hank & Co.'s liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Website Use
The content on hankscustomhomes.com is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on this site. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
